FLIC MICROWAVES PVT LTD was established in the year 1993 as partnership firm and after operating a period of four years was converted to a private limited company.

The company initially adressed the production of filters,isolaters and circulators and very soon entered into design ,development and production of various other microwave components like switches,power dividers,couplers and diplexer/ multiplexers.In the year 1995-96 it entered into the production of super components like RF Front end ,RF Mux,Switch Filter Assembly and Modulater Assemblies needed for airbone platforms.Since then the company has been engaged in the design and devlopement of various microwave subassembly/RF modules using supercomponent approach.

The company is engaged in design ,development and manufacturing of customized Microwave components ,supercomponent and subsystems using state of art technology in the frequency range 30 MHz to 20 GHz.

The company was awarded ISO 9001 : 2000 recogntion through NQA Ltd.,England in the year 2002 .it has a full-fledged mechanical fabrication facility backed by a core design team,a full full-fledged R&D facility recognized by DSIR , and it has got fully antistatic micro asembly work stations with laminar air flow ,general assembly facilities,gold wire bonding facility and a high end microwave teting laboratory.
